Irish Tours With The Complete Traveler Have Been Planned For Next Spring
Irish Tours with The Complete Traveler are like no other type of trip. Irishman Gerry Buckley was born and raised in the Emerald Isle and loves the charm, lore and beauty of a country he calls home. The love of the land became the love of his heart when an American lass, on one of her own Irish Tours, met the gentleman at a rousing pub in Malahide. Pictures led to letters, letters to phone calls and finally to their stateside castle in Kansas, and their company, The Complete Traveler.
The Complete Traveler has scheduled the next Irish Tour for April 30-May 12, 2020. The trip entails 11 nights, breakfast, and six dinners. The Complete Traveler will escort you on their signature Irish Tour, which includes castles, the Blarney Stone, and a few pubs.
The Irish Tour is The Complete Traveler’s most popular tour – and it’s lead by an Irishman – Gerry! Some of the attractions that are included on the trip include Dublin, the Titanic Museum, Giants Causeway, the Blarney Stone, the Cliffs of Moher, and Malahide Castle.
One ship that is unique to the destiny of lost ships is the Titanic. She was built in Belfast, and sailed from Cobh, which is Cork Harbour, her last port of call. On April 15, 1912, she sank in the mid-Atlantic crossing to New York. Our visit to the museum in Belfast not only reconstructs her roots but lays to rest her many splendid artifacts rescued from the bottom of the Atlantic.
Blarney Castle, home of the Blarney Stone, was built nearly 600 years ago by one of Ireland’s greatest chieftans, Cormac McCarthy, and has been attracting attention ever since. Over the last few hundred years, millions have flocked to Blarney, making it a world landmark, and one of Ireland’s greatest treasures. That may have something to do with the Blarney Stone, the legendary Stone of Eloquence, found at the top of the castle tower. Kiss it and you’ll never again be lost for words!
Since 1976, when The Complete Traveler stretched its legs, we knew that Irish Tours had an opportunity to introduce our stateside clients to all Ireland had to offer. Our mission was to show you Ireland as only an Irishman knows.
